Kaizen Taki

Kaizen Taki is a Certified Instructor of Systema Russian Martial Arts under Vladimir Vasiliev and the primary instructor of I-90 Система. He has been a dedicated student of martial arts since 1986. Kaizen has specialized in the Breathing, Psychological, and Health aspects of Systema since 2001. He currently teaches Systema full time in Seattle, WA and travels to teach workshops nationwide.
